Refund & Cooling-Off Policy (Financially Savvy L.L.C.)

This policy applies to all purchases made from Financially Savvy L.L.C, including digital products, courses, tools, and coaching services.

1. High-Ticket 1:1 Coaching Program (Financial Freedom Academy)

1.1 Cooling-Off Rights (14 Days)

Under UK consumer protection law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services unless you choose to access the services immediately.

1.2 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

When enrolling into the Financial Freedom Academy, you will be asked if you wish to begin accessing the program, coaching, community, and materials immediately.

If you choose to access any service before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that:

You voluntarily waive your 14-day right to cancel, and Your enrolment fee becomes non-refundable, except where covered by the program guarantee (see Section 1.3).

If you wish to retain your cooling-off rights, you must not access any coaching, videos, community areas, tools, or materials for 14 days after purchase.

1.3 Guarantee for the 1:1 Program

The Financial Freedom Academy includes a contractual results-based guarantee.

This guarantee is detailed in the signed enrolment agreement. If you meet all required conditions and do not achieve the minimum forecasted results outlined in the contract, Financially Savvy L.L.C will:

Refund your full enroLlment fee

Plus an additional £500 (as stated in the contract)

If you do not meet the contractual conditions required for the guarantee, or if you have waived your cooling-off period by accessing services, the enrollment fee becomes fully non-refundable.

1.4 No Refunds Outside the Guarantee

Aside from the guarantee in Section 1.3, all payments for the Financial Freedom Academy—whether paid upfront, via installments, or through a third-party financing provider (BNPL)—are final and non-refundable once services have been accessed.

2. Digital Products & Non-Coaching Offers (Courses, Ebooks, Templates, Tools, and All Non-1:1 Programs)

2.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Applies

For all digital products that do not include 1:1 coaching, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.

During this period, you may request a full refund as long as you have not downloaded, accessed, or begun using the product.

2.2 When Refunds Are Not Allowed

Refunds are not permitted if:

The product has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed

You have logged into the course or delivery platform

You have used any part of the digital content

Under UK law, once digital content is accessed, the right to cancel is lost.

2.3 No Guarantee for Digital Products

Digital products do not include performance-based guarantees.
All refunds are strictly limited to the 14-day unopened cooling-off window in Section 2.1.

3. BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) Purchases

If you purchase using a third-party financing provider (Klarna, ClearPay, Sezzle, SplitIt, etc.):

Your payment agreement is between you and the BNPL provider

All instalments, fees, and collections are governed by their terms

Refund eligibility still follows Sections 1 and 2 of this policy

Accessing services during the cooling-off period still results in a waiver (Section 1.2)

Refunds—if applicable—can only be issued after we approve them under this policy and report them to the BNPL provider.

4. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

Have received and read this Refund & Cooling-Off Policy

Understand when refunds are and are not permitted

Understand how the 14-day cooling-off period applies

Accept that accessing digital content or coaching within the 14 days waives your cancellation rights

All sales are final once the cooling-off period ends or services are accessed.
