Refund & Cooling-Off Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Financially Savvy L.L.C-FZ, including coaching programs, digital courses, tools, and educational resources.

1. Financial Freedom Academy (1:1 Coaching Programme)

1.1 Statutory 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, UK law provides a 14-day cooling-off period beginning the day after the contract is entered into.

You may cancel within this period without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email.

1.2 Immediate Commencement of Services

The Financial Freedom Academy includes coaching services, digital training materials, and access to a private community.

By choosing to access the platform, coaching, community, or materials immediately after enrolment, you expressly request that the services begin before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period.

If you cancel within the 14-day period after services have commenced, we may retain a reasonable and proportionate amount reflecting the services provided up to the date of cancellation.

This may include onboarding, platform access, community access, coaching preparation work, or any personalised planning work completed.

1.3 Digital Content

The programme includes digital educational materials.

By accessing digital content immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel that digital content is lost once access has been granted, as permitted under UK consumer law.

1.4 Financial Freedom Academy Guarantee

The Financial Freedom Academy 1:1 Coaching Programme includes a separate contractual satisfaction guarantee. Full details of this guarantee are contained within the signed enrolment agreement.

Where the conditions of the guarantee are met, and the programme is determined not to have delivered reasonable value as defined in the contract, Financially Savvy L.L.C-FZ will:

• Refund the full programme fee
• Provide an additional £500 goodwill payment as specified in the contract

This guarantee operates independently of statutory cancellation rights.

2. Digital Products (Courses, Templates, Tools, and Non-Coaching Offers)

2.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For standalone digital products that do not include coaching services, you have a 14-day right to cancel unless you choose to access the product immediately.

2.2 Loss of Right to Cancel After Access

If you request immediate access to digital content by using the product during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. A statement to this effect is also provided in your course access email below the course access link.

3. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)

If you purchase any product or service using a third-party financing provider (such as Klarna or Clearpay):

• Your finance agreement is between you and the BNPL provider
• Payment obligations are governed by their terms
• Refund eligibility remains subject to this policy

If a refund is approved, we will notify the BNPL provider so they can adjust your finance agreement accordingly.

4. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood this Refund & Cooling-Off Policy
• Understand how the 14-day cooling-off period applies
• Acknowledge that accessing services or digital content during the cooling-off period may affect your cancellation rights.
